This video is nice and all, but I'll bet any creationist watching it will go "huh?" after a couple of minutes and move on.
I say just look at dogs and how we can manipulate their traits through selective breeding. And don't forget the banana, the creationists' nightmare. The kind we buy at the grocery store, is totally cultivated and unnatural. If we can do these things, it's not very hard to imagine that the environment would have a large role to play in which advantageous traits get passed on naturally to the next generation.
