There are different kinds of propaganda. One kind is to win people over. Another kind is designed to keep believers the in the fold.
Obviously Christians can't win atheists over by stupidly slandering them. Or win over members of other religions by smugly implying that Christianity is the only alternative to atheism.
This is the other kind. The "gee aren't we clever" kind. The "keep 'em stupid" kind.
